A few years later we had them back to drywall our basement in that same home. “Kelturn Drywall: You guys did some work on my house about 5 years ago and I was very happy with the service and pricing then, so when it came time to have some mud and taping work done on my basement of the house I’m in now, you guys were my first call. I never did get the gentlemen’s name that did the work on my house but he was very professional, and respectful to allow me to sleep as I was between nightshifts for work. The whole time he was there (approx. 4 12 days) he arrived on time, never took a coffee break, smoke break, or even a lunch break, hell he didn’t even go to the bathroom the whole time. Spoke with Dean about replacing some ceiling tile due to water damage. After sending him pictures and him realizing the water damage was only on the insulated part, he informed me that it would not need replacing and told me how to address the issue correctly. This man is an honest man full of integrity. He could have told me I needed it replaced and charged me to do so but he did not. He actually spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me discussing the issue and looking at pictures. What they had to work with was huge gaps at the top of the walls, globs of black sealant that had been poorly applied, and some gashes in the drywall (plus my constant worrying and indecisiveness). Dustin was so patient it was uncanny. He and his team did an excellent job and then did more, by repairing plaster around the windows and one particular trouble spot. They don’t know it, but they added months to my life. I could never have found anyone to do what they did. It looks fantastic!
